Returns & Exchanges

At Maison Nakamoto, we strive for perfection in every silhouette; however, if your piece is not a perfect fit, we accept returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. All garments must be returned in their original condition with security tags intact to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original Maison Nakamoto packaging, ensuring all designer labels and protective seals are still attached.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the exterior of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
